The Profolio is a Flash based editor for creating a digital portfolio for any artist. A digital portfolio opens the possiblity to present the works of art in any media as well as new distribution channels – the internet and email – to all creative artists.

The digital portfolio can be used for graduation, qualification, presentation and ap- plying for employment, funding or exhibitions -- self-marketing in a wide range of context. The easly adaptable portfolio makes it possible for artists to keep the portfolio updated and change the content for different needs.

From now on the profolio is not only for graphic designers and those who are working with digital media, but spefically also for musicians, animators, video artists, media artists and per- formance artists (from comedians to dancers) who can take into use Profolios extensive media capabilities of integrated video clips, music and images or even flash-animation.

The Profolio software was developed by the TARU II project, supported by the European Social Fund.
